To report a faulty hardware / RMA unit,
1. Please fill in the support form and provide in-depth details of your faulty unit.
2 Download a copy of the RMA form
3. Complete the RMA form, signed and email back to Support@progreso.com.sg and
Admin@progreso.com.sg
