TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 2 weeks in advance before course commencement, re-scheduling or
substitution (one time only) is permitted without additional fees.
2. No refund for cancellations received less than 2 weeks from course commencement. Credit is transferable to the next
course when it is available within the next 3 months duration. Otherwise, course fee will be forfeited
3. Re-scheduling of course date must be received in writing at least 10 days before course commencement. A re-
scheduling admin fee of S$ 107.00 (incl. of GST) shall be imposed if the written notice is submitted after the minimum
10 days requirement.
4. Attendance is confirmed only upon full payment of the course.
5. Attendee substitutions are permitted.
6. For courses or customized classes, which are specially arranged, please note that no cancellation will be entertained
once confirmation notes are sent. Course fees would have been considered consumed.
7. Minimum 75% attendance of the training course as per endorsed roadmap. There will be no refund for "NO SHOW"
attendant.
8. PROGRESO Networks reserves the right to cancel any course and is not responsible for airline and hotel penalties
incurred due to cancellation of courses.
